A new showhome is opening to inspire potential buyers at Ifton Green, Cornovii Homes’ development in St Martins, near Oswestry, and it opens as part of a special promotional weekend on Saturday 27 January and Sunday 28 January 2024.

Debbie Hancox, Cornovii Homes’ sales and aftercare manager, said:-

“We are delighted to be opening our showhome at Ifton Green. It is one of our four-bedroom Maesbrook-style properties which has an open plan kitchen/diner with French doors onto the garden, separate sitting room, main bedroom with en-suite, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom. There is also a separate garage and off-street parking.

“We are confident that the staging will inspire would-be buyers and attract more customers to our development.”

Ifton Green brings a bring a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, and a range of styles including detached, semi-detached houses and bungalows.

All 35 homes are designed and constructed to reduce carbon emissions and deliver an EPC ‘A’* rating with energy saving features and benefit from solar panel, smart technology and increased insulation levels.

Dean Carroll, Shropshire Council’s Cabinet member for housing and assets, said:-

“It’s been a strong start to the year for Cornovii Homes developments, and I am sure the new show home at Ifton Green will only serve to reinforce that position. As a Shropshire Council arms-length company, we are committed to providing good quality homes for local people at a competitive open market price.”

People are invited to view the show home between 11am and 4pm this Saturday and Sunday.

Debbie added:-

“As an added incentive, any customers who attend the open weekend at Ifton Green and reserve a home on the development within two weeks will benefit from a £10,000 cash back incentive.”
