New date for Oswestry funding meeting

A new date has been arranged for a special event to tell Oswestry residents about the projects being considered for a share of £650,000 of funding under Shropshire Council’s Market Towns Revitalisation Programme (MTRP).

The funding is available to spend on capital projects that will provide an immediate boost to the town.

The open evening will now be held on Tuesday 19 July 2011 at 7.30pm, at the Wholelife Centre, Cabin Lane.

It was initially due to be held on 29 June.
